Service Description
The Beauty in Therapy is a 4 week intensive program designed to guide you through a process to pique your curiosity about self, connecting you to your body, emotions, thoughts, feelings, behaviors and actions with INTENTIONALITY! In this process I utilize a 3 prong approach to encourage a step on the path in developing a life long journey in integrate your whole self into a complete entity with authenticity, radical self love and acceptance. This course is NOT designed as a quick fix, cure all or magic potion to replace deeper individual therapeutic engagement. This program does, however, requires you to bring your complete self into the process and be open to receive something different. Participants will receive a workbook and resources to utilize during and after the course.
