Expressing any range of emotions safely can be challenging. This eWorkbook serves as a resource to assist with processing emotions with the feelings/emotions wheel. The emotions wheel can provide clarity, helping you recognize feelings beyond just labeling them as 'good or bad,' thus increasing awareness of possible underlying issues.
