Coach J Hughes is a former officer turned life strategist and spiritual guide, blending discipline, faith, and real-world wisdom. Together, April-Autumn & J co-host the podcast Conversating: Conversing & Relating and lead embraceUS, a movement dedicated to building stronger Black couples, families, and communities.
