Come meet, greet, eat, laugh and learn in this retreat geared to help you on the path to find the QUEEN in YOU. During this retreat we will be gaining valuable tools and resources to determine your vision and set a course for the new year of 2024. We will be encouraging and empowering each other to finish 2023 strong while enjoying the company of other like minded women in the African Diaspora. Finding Queendom Supportive Community is a therapeutic support group which aims to address the cultural barriers of mental health, therapy, and the intergenerational effects that have impacted Black women. The group aims to meet the unique needs of women across the African diaspora and offer social support that creates a safe and encouraging space to engage in collective healing. This will be a clinical and empowering space to freely express, emote and heal while confronting issues Black trauma, self-esteem, agency & autonomy.
